How can I place an order online?

Do you ship internationally?

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within Thailand typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International deliveries usually take 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards and secure online payment gateways. Payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-returnable.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If the item is available in your preferred size or color, we can arrange an exchange once we have received and inspected the original item within 7 days of delivery.
