The bow tie is entirely made of exclusive black heavy silk satin. The fabric is made on a 19th century loom that runs at a slow pace to preserve the fiber's quality. In order to obtain the best intensity of black and a high quality the satin is woven with an exceptional thread density (160 bare thread passages / inch).
This bow tie was carefully handcrafted by CINABRE artisans in France, following the same techniques for 3 generations.
The bow tie you will receive will be tied already and ready to use. It is an authentic bow tie which means you will have the opportunity - if you want - to untie your bow tie and tie it again your own way.
